Social Media & Content Creation Intern

Create engaging and brand-aligned content across social media platforms while supporting Purple Lotus’ content calendar, audience engagement, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.

Purple Lotus Technologies Ltd. is hiring student interns to support growth, marketing, content creation, and outreach initiatives. These internships are designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing, strategy, social media, content creation, and startup operations within the mental wellness space.

Core responsibilities

  • Create content ideas for reels, carousels, and posts
  • Draft captions, blog concepts, and UGC-style content
  • Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
  • Support content quality assurance and review
  • Research social media trends relevant to mental wellness
  • Support creation of content designed to improve engagement and user conversion
  • Collaborate on creative storytelling and brand messaging

Mentorship & support

  • Skills training and mentorship in marketing, content strategy, startup operations, and digital growth.
  • Hands-on support and guidance throughout project execution.
  • Access to tools, resources, and collaborative feedback.

Eligibility

  • Enrolled at an eligible Canadian post-secondary institution and taking at least one course during the current or upcoming term.
  • Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Physically located in Canada for the full project duration.
  • Not an international student.

Purple Lotus may tailor responsibilities based on students’ interests, skills, and learning goals while keeping work aligned with the approved project scope. All public-facing materials, outreach activities, and website changes must be reviewed and approved by Purple Lotus before use.
