Mary Hugessen
Hi, I’m Mary — a Registered Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. I specialize in working with neurodivergent folks who are navigating life’s complexities and looking for a path forward that truly fits them. My approach to therapy is eclectic and person-centered — meaning we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and explore the steps that feel right for where you’re at. Whether you're seeking support with daily stressors, big transitions, or simply need a space where you can be your full self, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Roger Chapman
As a therapist, I encourage clients to live in accordance with their values and promote authenticity. I believe that many of the challenges you face in life represent a disconnect between what you see as right, or what is really important to you, and the way that you live those beliefs out. In daily life, this disconnect may be experienced as social anxiety, as you fear what others think of you. At school or in the workplace, this can look like dissatisfaction with your job or studies. In relationships, this can look like resentment or insecurity towards your partner. I’m offering affordable in-person and virtual sessions for individuals and couples. I draw from CBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to identify thought patterns holding you back, to restructure how you see your past in a fairer light, and to begin addressing any trauma that has shaped the harmful thoughts you may be experiencing. In couples’ therapy, I draw from many of the same approaches, as well as the Gottman method, to equip you with exercises and coping strategies aimed at improving your relationship.

Tori Lewis
Hello and welcome. I’m Tori, a Registered Social Worker and therapist who provides a compassionate and collaborative space for healing and growth. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like they have spent much of their lives trying to adapt themselves to fit expectations around them. You may be navigating ADHD, autism or other neurodivergent experiences, processing trauma, coping with anxiety or depression, experiencing relationship challenges, or moving through difficult life transitions. Sometimes people come to therapy feeling exhausted from carrying so much on their own and unsure where to begin. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and client-centered. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, attachment-informed perspectives, and other integrative tools to support your unique needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I believe therapy should feel collaborative. We work together to understand your experiences, identify meaningful goals, and develop tools that feel realistic and authentic for you. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Healing is not always linear, and therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about building understanding, self-compassion, resilience, and creating meaningful change at your own pace. I offer virtual counselling sessions across Ontario and would be happy to connect through a complimentary consultation to see whether we may be a good fit.
Tehreem Fatimah
I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and have several years of experience working within community mental health settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing challenges related to substance use, homelessness, depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, trauma, and systemic barriers. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for the resilience and strength individuals demonstrate while navigating difficult life circumstances. My work has shaped a compassionate and client-centred approach that is rooted in empathy, respect, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity. I understand how trauma, chronic stress, and experiences of marginalization can significantly affect emotional and psychological well-being. Because of this, I am committed to creating a supportive, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful growth and healing. I take a holistic and strengths-based approach to counselling, recognizing that every person brings unique experiences, abilities, and inner resources to the therapeutic process. I believe in working collaboratively with clients, allowing them to guide their journey while supporting them in developing practical coping tools, building resilience, and fostering greater self-awareness. My goal is to help individuals enhance their emotional well-being, improve their quality of life, and create sustainable, positive change.
Clare MacMillan
Hi, I’m Clare. I’m a graduate student currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Before entering the counselling realm, I earned an honours degree in Anthropology from McMaster University, where my love for understanding what shapes us as human beings really developed. I believe everyone’s story is unique and worthy of being held with care. However you choose to arrive and whatever you’re navigating, I’m here to offer a non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to be anyone but yourself. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), adjusting to align with each client’s unique needs and lived experiences. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness and whole‑person wellness when it supports the work we’re doing together. Above all, my priority is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported as we explore what matters most to you.
