I use a client-centered approach and incorporate integrative techniques to psychotherapy, predominantly working from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). The decision to start therapy is not always easy, there is a mixture of stigma, guilt or misinformation involved.
