Life changes have been a big part of my own experience, from moving countries to becoming a parent, so I get how messy and emotional transitions can be. Everyone’s story is unique, and I’m here to listen and really understand yours. I take a holistic view in therapy, looking at the mind, body, and spirit as all connected.
