Whether you've just been diagnosed or have known for years, ADHD can feel heavy. You may be exhausted from struggling with focus, motivation, and strategies that don't work. For many women, this runs deeper — ADHD is widely underdiagnosed and often mistaken for anxiety, depression, or "being too sensitive." Years of masking can leave you burned out, carrying shame you never deserved. You're not lazy or broken. Your brain simply works differently — and with the right support, that can change. I specialize in working with adults at every stage of their ADHD journey — especially women and those diagnosed later in life. Having ADHD myself, I bring genuine understanding of what it's like to live with a busy, overstimulated mind. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I blend the emotional depth of therapy with the practical focus of coaching. Many people with ADHD know what they "should" do but struggle to bridge intention and action. Rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD), emotional dysregulation, and rapid mood shifts are core ADHD features that deserve real, targeted support. I blend CBT, DBT, and ADHD-focused coaching to address both emotional patterns and practical skills. Sessions are structured but flexible and ADHD-friendly. What We Can Work On RSD and emotional regulation, executive dysfunction and procrastination, ADHD burnout, masking and late diagnosis, perfectionism and shame, relationship difficulties, workplace challenges, and life transitions. I also work with clients navigating addiction (substances, gambling, pornography, social media), supporting both individuals and affected family members. I offer anger management support — exploring what's beneath the anger and building real-life tools. I also provide a judgment-free space for men's issues, including stress, identity, and relationship challenges. Lastly, I have vast experience working with folks who have challenges with suicidal thoughts and Self-Harm. My role is to help you navigate these challenges and help you build a life worth living.
